Speaking Clearly
In Matthew 11:15, Jesus says “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”
Look around and see what is going on around us. The lost are crying out. The darkness is overtaking them and the enemies of God are having their way with them. Those who have ears, let them hear! However, in order to hear something, someone must speak. Who will speak? It is easy to pass all the responsibility on to our pastors and church elders, but the responsibility is on every believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are all preachers. There is a small misconception of preaching. We are to preach by the way we live our lives for the Lord which make people draw closer to us allowing us to share the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let us speak through our actions first and then through our mouths. Our actions must not contradict our words.
