Come to Jesus

Servant of Christ Jesus

In Matthew 14:29, Jesus says to Peter, “Come” and when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.

God is faithful. When we are caught in the middle of the storm, He shows up and tells us to come to Him, test Him; He wants to show us He is the Lord. His love, mercy, and compassion is never ending. God takes delight in proving that He can make possible what we think is impossible. The impossible is just as simple to God as we can blink our eyes. The most impossible task of being forgiven of our sins against God was done by the Lord Jesus Christ being offered up as a living sacrifice on the cross. The true lamb of God who came to take away the sins of the world. We are forgiven! We have a hard time believing we’re forgiven because of ALL the things that we have done up to this point in our lifetime. However, it’s true! Past, present, and future sins are forgiven and removed as far as the east is from the west in the blink of an eye. The impossible was made possible because of God’s love for me, for you, and for each one of us out there. Some of us have the mindset “it is impossible for God to love me” because of our past mistakes. All things are possible with God. He gave His all to us. He laid down His life. Let us give back our hearts completely to God because of who He is and how His mighty right hand delivered us from the bondage we were once a prisoner of.
