You Will Be Hated

Servant of Christ Jesus

In Matthew 10:22, Jesus tells His disciples “And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.

Are you willing to give up your position, your name, everything that you have worked to be, and to be hated by the world for the name of Jesus Christ? With our hearts, we boldly say “yes” with certainty, but I urge you to continue to pray that our flesh can become as strong as our hearts. After giving our lives over to the Lord Jesus Christ, He is in control of our hearts; we say “God knows our hearts,” which yes He does, but if we do not pray and develop our flesh to walk in the light that God has shined on our hearts, how will God knowing our hearts benefit His will? God sees our hearts, but the world sees our flesh, so we must train our our flesh to perform the tasks and duties God commands our hearts to fulfill. How do we do this? We can’t! However, we can do all things through the Lord Jesus Christ whom strengthens us!

Tear Down The Walls

Servant of Christ Jesus

This article was written around November 15, 2009 and was revised and finalized on January 9, 2010 by my parents in Haiti, faithful bond servants of Christ Jesus, called upon by He Himself, to leave all behind and go to back to Haiti to share His Good News, the Gospel of salvation, freedom, repentance, and life eternally. As we all know, two days later, January 11, 2010, a devastating earthquake shook the land of Haiti, but also shook the lives of souls and spirits around the world. The LORD be with you in reading this.

I have a dream. I have been walking with this dream and been convicted of this in my heart. I would love to see one day, whether I am here on earth or looking down from above that all the spiritual walls being torn down, and we all united together in the name of Christ to carry out His will; the day that we no longer hold these preconceived notions about one another, but can look at each other as Christ sees us.

This separation that we have put together to carry out our own will is not what God intended when His only Son was sacrificed as a lamb for our sins to set us free from the burdens of death. There are so many religions, so many alliances being formed either for profit or based on misconceptions and manipulations of the Word of God to satisfy our own self interests. Continue reading

God Doesn’t See It

Servant of Christ Jesus

In Paul’s epistle to the Romans, in chapter 6 verse 23, he writes “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Many people and/or some particular religions believe that they can balance their sins and their good works to make it heaven. They try to keep a scorecard or a tally system to see if they sin this much, and if they do this much amount of good works, hopefully God will over look their sins. However, what we fail to understand is we are dead to God when we sin. We are born sinners, so when we are born in the flesh, our spirits die in the eyes of God, until we repent and are born again. As Jesus said, we MUST be born again! Due to the fact that we are dead in our sins, we can do 99.9% of good in our lives and 0.1% of sin in our lives, and we will still be condemned to eternal damnation. You wonder, “I thought this God you speak of is merciful, graceful, loving, and caring.” My friends, HE IS! That’s why He sent His ONLY begotten SON to so that all who believe in Him can have everlasting life. What more can we ask for? Our sins will always outweigh any good that we do in our lives. Just the fact we are born sinners outweighs any good that we can ever do. If we look forward to judgment day to be judged for our works, and we haven’t asked Christ Jesus to cover our sins with His precious blood, in all honesty God will not even know of your good works. The same way we are blinded by sin, God is blinded by our sins and is unable to see our good works. That is why we cannot work for salvation or save ourselves. If we could, then we did not to be saved and God made a mistake by allowing His Only Son to die on a cross for our sins. Our sins will never disappear, but surely they will be covered with the blood of Christ, God’s sacrifice for us. God will always know we sinned, but He will not be able to see them because it is covered by the precious blood of His Son. For those who stop reading the Bible at the gospel of John, please keep reading as it clearly and explicitly describes why our good works mean nothing to God until we accept Christ. Amen.

My Completion

Servant of Christ Jesus

In the John 8:14, Jesus says to the Pharisees “Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going.”

I am at peace because Jesus has comforted my spirit and soul. He assuredly told us He knows exactly where He came from, and exactly where He is going. Now He asks us to follow Him which means if we follow Him, He will lead us to the same place He resides. Jesus, the Christ, provides us with perfect completion for our lives. Before we came to know and truly trust in Christ, our lives were some type of crazy movie with alternate endings, but we all died in the end. Once we came to Christ, He told us exactly where we are going, and were are no longer anxious. Our souls are calm because we have that certainty. There is no other person who has been able to tell their followers where they are going because they did not know where they came from or where they were going themselves. That feeling of uncertainty definitely leaves their followers in fear their entire life. However, Christ completes our hope because He IS our salvation and our redeemer. In Christ, the Kingdom of God is no longer a hope, but a promise. God always keeps His promises, so most assuredly, we know where we are going. My spirit and soul rests in that certainty.

If you are yet to find that certainty, or you are in search for perfect completion in your life, please don’t hesitate to email us at faithfulservant@selflessfaith.com.
